Resource List for Sonoma County Teens

Joyful Family

How do you find quality local resources for your teenager?

Do you ask a friend or co-worker? Do you search online, hoping to find something relevant? I think this is a challenge that many parents face. In my search for an anger management group for teens last week, I became interested in being able to better point parents to local resources beyond my therapy office.

Parents of teens encounter diverse needs at various time in their kid’s lives, whether it is for their education, physical or mental health, extra-curricular activities or special needs. I spent some time today putting together some resources that will be helpful for you and your adolescent.
